The pool was in good condition and the room was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near a theater. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of trees. The staff were helpful in allowing an early check-in. The bed was very comfortable. a great stay.

We had a great stay at this resort north of Chicago. The location was convenient, close to a golf course and within reasonable distance to the Chicago airports. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was adequate, although the shower was a bit narrow. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The resort had great facilities, including a gym, spa, and pool areas. The breakfast had a variety of options, including an omelette station and fresh fruits. The scenic view of the surrounding nature was beautiful.
The spa services seemed a bit disorganized.

The hotel is conveniently located in the suburbs of Chicago, close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are cozy and modern, with comfortable beds and great technology. Additionally, the breakfast selection is fresh and the omelette bar is exceptional. The staff is hospitable and accommodating, providing excellent platinum recognition.
The exterior windows of the hotel seem somewhat dated and take away from the initial first impression.

Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great price, quick response from staff, nice tucked away location, lake view, clean hallways, Netflix and movie apps on TV, quiet and comfy stay, well-upkept grounds, comfortable mattress, soft sheets, cozy seating area, good lighting options, fantastic shower water pressure, ample towel bars, great desk area, large door to patio for fresh air.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating during our Christmas stay. They provided complimentary festive treats, such as cookies and hot cocoa, which added to the holiday vibe. The hotel's location was also convenient as it was close to shopping and dining options. In addition, we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.
We experienced some noise disturbances from the neighboring rooms. The walls seemed to be quite thin, and we could hear conversations and TV shows from the rooms next to us. Also, the breakfast options were a bit limited, and it would have been nice to have more variety. it was a decent stay, but the noise level was a bit of an issue.
